End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last updated: January 1, 2026

Welcome to Quests of Mythren! This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and InFaith LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) regarding your access to and use of Quests of Mythren, including all associated content, features, services, virtual items, and community functions (collectively, the “Game”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use of QoM for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to this Agreement and our Terms of Use.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the QoM or any created content within the game, including but not limited to textures, mesh objects, scripts etc.
  • Use bots, cheats, exploits, or third-party software that interacts with QoM.
  • Sell, rent, or sublicense the QoM or your account.
  • Use QoM to violate any applicable laws.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You may create, upload, or trade content (e.g., loot bags, character designs, marketplace listings) within the Game.

By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content within the Game or for promotional purposes.

You retain ownership of your original creations but agree that:

  • You will not infringe on others’ intellectual property.
  • We may remove or restrict content at our discretion.

3. Virtual Items & Second Life Economy

Certain virtual items within Quests of Mythren (e.g., loot bags, crafted gear, collectibles) may be exchanged using Linden Dollars (L$), which can be converted to real-world currency via Second Life’s platform.

By participating in this economy, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All virtual items remain licensed content, not owned outright.
  • We may add, remove, or modify items, designs, or functionality at any time, including rarity and availability.
  • Trades and sales are permitted only within Second Life’s official systems or platforms we have explicitly authorized (such as an in-game vendor, marketplace stall, or Gacha-style system).
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Losses due to marketplace changes, Second Life outages, or Linden currency fluctuations. You must file a ticket with Linden Labs
    • Disputes between users regarding trades, pricing, or item expectations.
    • Off-platform transactions or unauthorized resale of our assets or designs.

Any attempt to reproduce, export, or distribute Mythren assets outside of Second Life without express permission is a violation of this Agreement.

4. Code of Conduct

To keep the Mythren world safe and fun, you agree to:

  • Treat other players with respect.
  • Avoid harassment, hate speech, or abuse.
  • Not engage in griefing, cheating, or exploiting bugs.

Violation of this may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the Game.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate this Agreement or any community standards.
  • Use the Game for illegal or harmful activities.
  • Attempt to exploit or damage the integrity of the Game.

6. Updates & Modifications

We may patch, update, or change parts of the Game at any time, including removing features or items. Continued use of the Game means you accept these changes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quests of Mythren is provided “as is” — meaning we don’t guarantee it will always be perfect or free from errors. That said, we strive to maintain a stable and engaging experience, and we’re actively involved in patching bugs, balancing gameplay, and improving features as much as possible in the framework of SecondLife and its limitations.

We may release updates, hotfixes, or changes at any time, which could temporarily affect functionality or game balance.

While we can’t promise a completely error-free experience, we’re committed to supporting our players. If you run into issues, please reach out — we’re here to help.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
